La malaria sigue siendo una enfermedad endémica de algunos municipios de Honduras, principalmente en la Mosquitia y litoral Atlántico, La UNAH ha venido aportando evidencia científica sobre esta enfermedad tropical desde el año 1999. Nuestros resultados han apoyado la toma de decisiones por parte de las autoridades de salud y los organismos cooperantes.
